Airworthiness Engineer

 

Within the Technical Support department, you will be responsible for the evaluation, and management of the technical publications issued by the Regulations, Airliners & OEMs.  Primary duties include monitoring the evolutions of the regulations & equipment standards and their impact on OEMServices Supply Chain and Customers and ensure/endorse application of the navigability requirements within the OEMServices.

Vos Missions

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Review of the technical publication such as but not limited to AD, SB, VSB, SIL, CMM, ALS, MPD, AMP, MRBR.
  • Index the technical publication as per OEMServices standard practices.
  • Update the system to ensure up to date visibility for the Incoming Quality Inspector and other stakeholders within OEMServices.
  • Work closely with OEMServices Technical Support team to identify the workflow associated with the Technical Publications, such as Modifications.
  • Openly and frequently communicates with the Strategic Partnership department to identify the different portals and access requirements.
  • Analyze & support Incoming Inspection team on navigability and quality issues.
  • Assess the navigability status of OEMServices pools in line with the regulations and act accordingly to remain compliant.
  • Develops performance metrics for the department
  • Issue monthly Technical Publication reports
  • Support procedure development within the department
  • Support SMS implementation
  • Ensure the evolution of good practices in his/her area of ​​​​expertise and their broadcast within the company
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by Management

  • Ensure actions in line with the improvement process.
  • Write up & edit supporting documents and ensure their implementation.
  • Be an actor of the environmental approach.

Profil recherché

PROFILE REQUIRED: Bachelors’ degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree in Engineering, aviation preferred. Aviation CAMO experience preferred.
