Reporting to the Commercial Director, your main objective will be to manage and supervise the teams in charge of Trading, Promotion & Telemarketing activities as well as the business development of repair contracts with airlines all over the world with the support of all sites of the company.

Vos Missions

You are in particular in charge of:

 

  • Manage the team: Organization of the work of the team, Management of schedules, annual interviews, setting of objectives in order to keep the budget of the service, Animation of weekly team meetings, etc…• Manage customer relations specific to the scope of work in order to guarantee development and customer satisfaction, as well as monitoring turnover and payment of outstanding invoices.• Manage the supplier relationship within the scope of work, possibly in cooperation with the Strategic Partnership Purchasing department in order to guarantee the proper execution of business in compliance with commitments.
  • Develop the Trading, Telemarketing activity quantitatively in terms of turnover and qualitatively in terms of areas of development, in particular by seeking new outlets and favoring direct access to airlines.• Develop the Ad Hoc business through the expansion of the repair contracts activities on a global scope• Ensure a long-lasting relationship with the partners and brokers who make stocks available, manage performance, manage economic outstandings, develop the activity of these contracts.
  • Deploy the Promotion & Telemarketing function for the benefit of the development of Trading and repair activities as well as supplier partnerships and our commercial representation function. This function must be done in close collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Communication and Strategic Partnership teams.
  • Develop, control and monitor all operations relating to the service on French and worldwide sites.
  • Work in close and continuous collaboration as much as required with the managers of the logistics activities, Component support, Finance, strategic partnership and the subsidiaries and international offices for the whole of the activity of its service and the whole of the company’s activities.• Analyze and improve the overall performance of its service, in particular by implementing Lean management tools in collaboration with the Methods and Projects service. Follow the KPIs of the activity and continuous improvement as part of a Lean approach.
  • Seek the continuous optimization of the means and resources necessary for the activity of its perimeter committed by the company.
  • Ensure the interface with the Information System Dpt in the search for permanent improvement of the IT tools.• Train the teams in the development of the IT tool.• Guarantee the social climate and enforce the rules in force in the company (security and social

Reporting :

  • Ensure a monthly report to the VP Sales on all the activities of the dpt.• Establish daily AICs for all teams on service KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Quality :
  • Deploy Quality processes within the service.
  • Comply with safety and storage rules and standards.
  • Deploy and apply the instructions and all the operating methods related to the activity.
  • Monitor the actions resulting from the improvement process.
  • Use the documentary supports made available: instructions, operating methods.
  • Be an actor in the environmental approach

Profil recherché

After Master degree you have capitalized on an experience of more than 5 years in a similar position. Both diplomatic and creative, you know how to federate and convince. You will also have to show rigor and an ability to adapt in a very dynamic environment. You are fluent in English and have on-the-ground knowledge of Lean management methods.
