VIE/ Contrat Local -Field Technical Support Engineer F/H

Your Tasks :

• Manage relations with the technical departments of the customers within its scope.
• Define stock configurations based on customer fleet configurations.
• Provide operational staff with visibility of equipment upgrades and interchangeability based on each customer’s fleet.
• Advise on, implement and monitor modification campaigns
• Monitor and analyse reliability
• Coordinate the implementation of specific maintenance programmes
• Carry out technical reviews on customer premises
• Ensuring the technical analysis of disputes
• Implement procedures relating to the Technical Support division
• Assist local teams (technical training, support for sales teams)
• Promote the Technical Support department to customers and suppliers, as well as internally

Quality :

• Ensure that actions are taken as a result of the improvement process
• Drawing up and updating available documentation and ensuring that it is applied: instructions, operating procedures, sales instructions, etc.
• Be a player in the environmental approach by complying with processes, internal operating procedures and raising awareness, particularly with regard to selective sorting.
